Permission to Prescribe Was Never the Finish Line

For more than thirty years, the fight in hormone medicine was a fight for access. Proving hormones are safe, essential, and that people deserve them.

That argument is won.

What comes next is harder. It does not come from a dosing guide or a weekend course. Hormone therapy is practiced with real clinical depth, sound reasoning, and individualized care.
